The Divemaster course deepens your understanding of diving theory, refines your in-water skills to an expert level, and develops your leadership abilities. You’ll learn how to organize and conduct dives, assist instructors with training, and supervise divers both underwater and on the surface. This course combines classroom learning, practical training exercises, and real-world experience, building your confidence and expertise as a dive professional.
Prerequisites for Divemaster Certification:
- Certification as an Advanced Open Water Diver (or equivalent from any certifying agency).
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (or equivalent).
- A minimum number of logged dives (varies by agency).
- Demonstrated diving skills and fitness.
- Successful completion of the Divemaster course requirements, including knowledge development, water skills assessments, and practical application exercises.
Upon completion, you’ll receive an internationally recognized Divemaster certification, allowing you to work as a dive professional in various capacities around the world.
